You are leaving town for a while.
All you have to do is notify AwayBnB by sending us an email. Provide us with your name, property’s address, your phone, email and the dates you will be away. We will then reach out to you. If it is your first booking with us, then we will do a walk through with you. Once booked and confirmed, you will then provide your guests with our phone number in case they need assistance of any kind while you are out of town.
Should something come up, we will be there to take care of it immediately. Just like you would if you were in town.
No task is too big or too small. Did your guests run out of shampoo or toilet paper? Did your cleaning crew not show up? Did the furnace break down? We and our preferred vendors will tend to any issue that arises while you are away. Any purchases or repairs that need to be done will be charged to you without any markups. You will get the receipts for the purchases or repairs for your records. No expenses will be incurred without your written confirmation.
